Printing process:

For Sublimation Phone Case:Need to complete the transfer of hard copy tray.

1. Plugs, turn the power button.

2.The need to set the time and temperature (about 190 ºC and 380 seconds, depending on the phone shell and environmental regulation), please refer to Appendix to set the time and temperature.

3. When the machine is at elevated temperatures, prepare a blank cell phone shell, handle cabinet placed in a mold, with a high temperature tape the printed sublimation paper tied up on the phone shell, then transfer into the tray and close it. (Ensure that enough room left empty shell phone location).

4. Open the door when the temperature reaches a predetermined temperature, the transfer tray onto shelves (to ensure the transfer tray in the middle of the shelf), press the button until the air vacuum transfer tray is smoked.

5. After closing the door the machine will automatically countdown, when the time, open the door warning light activated. Remove the transfer tray, torn paper sublimation.

 

For Sublimation Mug:Requires matching mug fixture.

1. Plugs, turn the power button.

2.The need to set the time and temperature (about 210 ºC and 400 seconds), please refer to Appendix to set the time and temperature.

3. When the machine is in warming up, ready mug. Heat tape printed with the sublimation paper tied on mug, mug wrapped jig.

4. Open the door when the temperature reaches a predetermined temperature, the mug onto shelves (ensure that enough room left empty cup position).

5. After closing the door the machine will automatically countdown, when the time when, after the warning lamp starts to open the door, took the cup, and paper off fixture.
