Q 1 . What is the warranty of your items ?
A 1 . we supply one year warranty for our machine, If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the replacement.

A 2 . Thicker Cartons to pretect machine from any damages.
Q 3 . What others needed to make a badge ?
A 3 . Apart from our badge machine pack, you still need prepare your artwork. images from magzine Book or print it by photo printer
Q 4 . Does this machine can do different size and shape badges ?
A 4 . yes , but different size or shape badge requests its die Mould, which mean 58mm round pin badge requests 58mm die mould, if you want to make a 32mm round badge , you need additional 32mm die moulds. our machine is compatable our round 25-75mm, oval heart rectangle square moulds
Q 5 . How to install a machine ?
A 5 .1. fix the upper mould onto T-part, ensure the fixing pin is in the line of the hole of T-part
2. fix A mould onto the simpol "A" slot, fix B mould onto the simpol of "B" slot,
ensure the lable A /B of mould should be located in the side of machine body .
