Application:
Cap, Hat, Baseball Cap.
Feature:
1. Fully digital display, high accuracy of time;
2. PID microcomputer control, do not need to place cup shape, direct heating;
3. Low platinum thermal resistance sensor, the temperature control more accurate (1 ºC);
4. Low fashion and beautiful appearance, and easy to carry.
Operations:
1. Start the power switch, power light indicator;
2. Low pressure on the handle (moderate adjustment pressure);
3. Thermostat set to the required temperature, temperature reaches set point lights quench, namely can start to work;
4. When the time needed for the timer to;
5. Put a hat on the hot plate, put on pyrograph paper (please note that the face of positive and negative of pyrograph paper), will handle pressing down on them until the end;
6. Low hot stamping time control, then a buzzer sounded, the handle up to in situ.
Adjustable:
- Pressure: rotary printing machine, adjust the up and down to increase/decrease pressure;
- Time: adjust the timer dial code, to appropriate time (120-180 seconds).
- Temperature: to adjust the thermostat dial the code to the appropriate temperature (180 ºC -- 180 ºC);
Note: when large quantities of homework, work 60 minutes to stop once equipment (two minutes).
Note:
Roast cap machine during the period of non-use, be sure to shut off the power, at the same time will be under pressure to handle pressure (pressure need not too big, can maintain its smooth).
Maintenance item :
1. The pressure such as the pressure is not enough or too big, please loose pressure regulating screw, then turn the regulating nut to adjust pressure size, after the adjustment to tighten the locking pressure regulating screw;
2. Temperature: when the device reaches the set temperature after heating plate is not hot, please check the thermostat at the same time there is no damage to confirm the thermocouple wiring (thermostat 0 ºC 180 ºC in about 15 minutes).
3. Time: set time not alarm (buzzer rang) or alarm (buzzer didn't stop), please check whether the tail in the micro switch contact distance is moderate, if there are any guide often adjust to the appropriate location;
